How do I purchase at an Auction?
1. Do your homework. Get to know what the property is and what you can pay for it!
2. The Morning of the Auction, check my Web site to make sure we are still On for Today!
3. On Auction day, Check out the property and get ready to bid.
4. If you have a question, ASK any of the Auction personal, its that simple.
5. Get ready to Buy, If the bid goes over what you would pay, thats an Auction.
Do NOT be Late to any Auction. It will go FAST!
